The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Northwestern Jackson County in northeastern Alabama…

* Until 545 PM CDT.

* At 506 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Estillfork,
or 15 miles south of Winchester, moving south at 5 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Skyline, Hytop, Francisco, Princeton, Jericho, Estillfork, Larkin
and Hollytree.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
