* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Northern Limestone County in north central Alabama…
Northeastern Lauderdale County in northwestern Alabama…

* Until 245 AM CDT.

* At 204 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lexington, or
14 miles northeast of Florence, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Lexington, Elkmont, Anderson, Lester, Good Springs, Cartwright,
Kingtown, Whitehead, Cairo and Mt Rozell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT for north central
and northwestern Alabama…and Middle Tennessee.
