The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
East central Dallas County in south central Alabama…

* Until 715 PM CDT.

* At 634 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Burnsville,
or near Selma, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Selma, Selmont-West Selmont, Memorial Stadium, Gardner Island,
Burnsville, Tyler, Selma Drag Strip, Edmund Pettus Bridge, Selma
University and Craig Field Aiport.
