* At 1010 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located near Lowndes County Airport, or near Fort
Deposit, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD…Tornado.
SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Fort Deposit, Meadville, Pike Road, Pine Level, Lowndes County
Airport, Strata, Dublin, Naftel, Logan, Sprague, Shopton, Grady,
Sellers, Davenport, Ramer, Lapine, Carters Hill, Currys and Cecil.
