More Counties Cleared from the First Tornado Watch

NWS Huntsville has canceled the Tornado Watch for Lawrence County in North Alabama that was set to expire at 7 pm. That was the last county in North Alabama under the watch that expires at 7 pm.

NWS Birmingham has canceled the Tornado Watch for Fayette, Pickens, and Winston counties in Central Alabama that was set to expire at 7 pm. The watch continues for Greene, Hale, Marengo, Sumter, Tuscaloosa, and Walker counties in Central Alabama until 7 pm.

The Tornado Watch continues until 11 pm for Autauga, Bibb, Blount, Chilton, Dallas, Jefferson, Lowndes, Perry, Shelby, and St. Clair counties in Central Alabama, and for Cullman, Limestone, Morgan counties in North Alabama.
