New Flood Watch Issued for NW Parts of Central Alabama; Watch Continues for North Alabama

An AREAL FLOOD WATCH has just been issued for the northwestern parts of Central Alabama, which includes Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker, and Winston counties. The watch will go into effect on Tuesday at 3 pm and is currently set to expire at midday on Wednesday.

An AREAL FLOOD WATCH was issued earlier today for all of North Alabama, which include Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, and Morgan counties. This watch starts at midday Tuesday and is set to expire at midday on Wednesday.
