* Until 630 PM CST.
* At 539 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Lake View, or 8 miles southwest of Bessemer,
moving northeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD…Tornado.
SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Bessemer, Homewood, Pelham,
Mountain Brook, Trussville, Helena, Hueytown, Irondale, Leeds,
Moody, Fairfield, Center Point, Midfield, Brighton, Indian Springs
