Updates to the Tornado Watches in Effect

NWS Birmingham cancels the Tornado Watch for Bibb, Blount, Cherokee, Etowah, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Pickens, St. Clair, Sumter, and Tuscaloosa counties in Central Alabama as the threat of severe storms has come to an end.

NWS Birmingham extends the Tornado Watch set to expire at 4 pm for Calhoun, Shelby, and Talladega counties, to go along with Chambers, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Randolph, and Tallapoosa counties in Central Alabama.
