NHC Will Initiate Advisories on Potential Tropical Cyclone 14 at 10 a.m.
The Air Force Hurricane Hunters are investigating the system right now, and while they are finding a broad circulation, it does not appear to be organized enough yet to be called a tropical cyclone.
There is a high probability though that it will later today. So, it’s still an invest, but it will likely become Tropical Depression 14 or Tropical Storm Nicholas later today.
