That’s because they’re giving it away as an appetizer to your appetizer to be enjoyed throughout your meal.

The mix of fresh-cut herbs and olive oil sopped up with fresh bread may very well be the signature flavor of Ricatoni’s, which is saying something for this culinary landmark in the Shoals.
