Another Tornado Watch to our West

| March 17, 2021 @ 7:54 am

A Tornado Watch has been issued for a large part of western and Central Arkansas including the Little Rock area.

Strong thunderstorms now over the Arklatex region will overspread the watch area this morning. A few tornadoes, including a couple of intense tornadoes are likely.

Tornado watches now cover much of Arkansas, northern Mississippi, and southwestern Tennessee.

We will have continuous updates today, tonight, and into Thursday morning as the severe weather event unfolds.

Be a Hero today. From John DeBlock at the NWS Birmingham: “With today’s communications technology there is no reason that anyone should not be aware of the threat of severe weather today. Don’t assume someone already knows. Make SURE that they do.”
