The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Northeastern Lauderdale County in northwestern Alabama…

* Until 330 AM CDT.

* At 225 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles northwest
of Underwood-Petersville, or 14 miles northwest of Florence, moving
east at 40 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Lexington, Underwood-Petersville, Anderson, Green Hill, Zip City,
Kingtown and Whitehead.
