NWS Birmingham updates the Tornado Watch: cancels Bullock, Clay, Macon, Talladega, and Tallapoosa counties, and continues Barbour, Calhoun, Chambers, Cleburne, Lee, Randolph, Russell counties until 8:00 pm tonight.
