Confirmed Tornado Near Yazoo City, Mississippi

At 1:29 pm, a radar-confirmed tornado was located over Yazoo City, moving east at 70 MPH. Damaging tornado and ping pong ball size hail are the main hazards in this warning.

Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

This tornado will be near Benton around 1:35 pm. Other locations in the path by this tornadic thunderstorm include Eden.
