Many of us begin the New Year with high hopes, with plans to eat right and exercise. But afterward – especially when dealing with hunger and aching muscles – that original excitement and stamina can lapse.
It’s easy to return to “couch potato” habits. To help keep budding fitness enthusiasts on track with their diet and exercise goals, three wellness experts from the University of Alabama at Birmingham recently answered questions about setting goals, sticking to them and more through a UAB News Twitter Q&A session.
