Daylight Saving Time Begins Tonight
Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead one hour before heading to bed tonight. Daylight Saving Time begins at 2AM in the morning, which means we will spring forward to 3AM. You don’t want to be late for church, brunch, or whatever else you may have planned tomorrow morning.
This time change will give us less daylight in the mornings and more daylight in the evening times for now, but the overall amount of daylight hours will continue to increase until the Summer Solstice on Saturday June 20 at 4:43 PM CDT. In case you were wondering, Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 1, 2020. Sunrise tomorrow morning for Birmingham will be at 7:06AM, while sunset tomorrow evening will be at 6:50 PM.
