The severe thunderstorm warning for parts of Winston County has been canceled. The storm has weakened below severe limits.

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Winston County in northwestern Alabama…

* Until 645 PM CST.

* At 538 PM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Hackleburg to near Guin, moving northeast at 65
mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Haleyville, Lynn, Double Springs, Addison, Houston Recreational
Area, Brushy Lake, Inmanfield, Ashridge, Sardis, Needmore,
Moreland, Winston Free State Barn, Natural Bridge, Posey Field
Airport, Winston County Airport, Cane Creek, Pebble, Bull Branch,
Delmar and Grayson.
