Significant Weather Advisory Issued For Parts Of Walker, Marion, Winston Counties Until 10:30 AM

At 952 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking rain showers accompanied by gusty winds along a line extending from Detroit to Sipsey. Movement was northeast at 60 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Jasper, Hamilton, Winfield, Haleyville, Sumiton, Carbon Hill, Lynn, Arley, Guin, Hackleburg, Double Springs, Brilliant, Addison, Glen Allen, Sipsey, Kansas, Nauvoo, Gu-Win, Eldridge and Camp McDowell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
