At 238 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Leighton, or 8 miles east of Muscle Shoals, moving northeast at 10
mph.
Penny size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Muscle Shoals, Leighton, Whiteoak, Ford City and Northwest Alabama
Regional Airport.
