…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR EASTERN LAUDERDALE…NORTHWESTERN
LIMESTONE AND NORTHEASTERN LAWRENCE COUNTIES UNTIL 300 PM CDT…
At 209 PM CDT, doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a
line extending from near Killen to near Rogersville. Movement was
northeast at 10 mph. Dime sized hail was reported with this cluster
of thunderstorms in Town Creek at 150 PM CDT.
Penny size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Rogersville, Killen, Lexington, Elkmont, Anderson, Good Springs,
Cartwright, Coxey, Oliver and Mt Rozell.
