…SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOUNT COUNTY UNTIL 545 PM CDT…
At 455 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Holly Pond to near Bangor. Movement was
southeast at 20 mph.
Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.
Locations impacted include…
Oneonta, Blountsville, Cleveland, Dallas, Locust Fork, Snead, Susan
Moore, Walnut Grove, Allgood, Fairview, Hayden, Nectar, Rosa, Blount
Springs, Bangor, Brooksville, McLarty, Inland Lake, Easley and
Chamblees Mill.
