…THE FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR WESTERN MADISON…
LAUDERDALE…LIMESTONE…COLBERT…MORGAN AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES…
Flood water is receding over many areas of north central and northwest Alabama. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled for Madison, Lauderdale, Limestone, Lawrence and Morgan Counties. A new Flood Warning will be issued for Colbert County shortly as flooding problems continue in many parts of that county.

that several area rivers, creeks and streams remain well above
flood stage, and with waters expected to recede very slowly an
Areal Flood Warning remains in effect for portions of northwest
and north central Alabama this morning.
