* Until 745 PM CDT Wednesday.
* At 140 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. Over two inches of rain have already fallen in the past three hours and over two inches of rain are possible through 4 pm this afternoon. Continued rainfall on saturated soils will cause water runoff that will affect urban, low lying and poor drainage areas.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Gadsden, Rainbow City, Attalla, Hokes Bluff, Centre, Cedar Bluff, Little River Canyon National Preserve, Forney, Centre Municipal
