COUNTIES… At 715 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated an area of light to moderate rain continuing across northwest Alabama. Radar estimates indicate that upwards of 2 inches has fallen in this area today with another inch of rainfall possible through this evening. Some locations that will experience flooding include… Decatur, Florence, Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, J P Coleman State Park, Trinity, Rogersville, Killen and Town Creek.

* At 250 PM CST, emergency management reported swollen creeks and
     streams have flooded several roads and other poor drainage areas.
     Radar has estimated that between two to three inches of rain has
     already fallen, with additional bands of moderate to heavy
     rainfall expected to produce an additional one to two inches of
     rain through this evening.
