Stronger Storms Now Affecting Parts Of Blount & Jefferson Counties

At 8:59 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Cleveland to near Oak Grove. Movement was northeast at 45 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Bessemer, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Trussville, Hueytown, Gardendale, Irondale, Leeds, Moody, Fairfield, Fultondale, Oneonta, Blountsville, Cleveland, Dallas, Center Point and Pleasant Grove.
