Calhoun County Residential Sales Up 3.8 Percent From A Year Ago

Sales: Calhoun County residential sales totaled 136 units during September, up 3.8 percent from the prior year. Two more resources to review: Quarterly Report and Annual Report.

The 2017 sales forecast through September projected 1,130 closed transactions, while the actual sales were 1,267 units.
