…A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR SOUTHWESTERN CHILTON COUNTY… At 820 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Plecher, or 10 miles southwest of Clanton, moving north at 30 mph.

     HAZARD…Tornado.
     SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.
     IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations impacted include… Maplesville, Billingsley, Plecher and Pooles Crossroads.

* At 800 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Vida Junction, or 15 miles east of Valley Grande, moving north at 25 mph.
    HAZARD…Tornado.

    IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
    Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
