My Mom Must Be Working at the NWS Key West
This infographic from the NWS Key West caught my eye. Especially the part about putting on your shoes now.
That was the signal for my sister and I that a tornado warning was serious: when our mom said “Put your shoes on now.”
Reading that graphic brought back distinct memories. It’s good advice too, in a hurricane or a tornado.
