* Until 245 PM CDT

* At 1045 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. One to two inches of rain have already fallen and an additional 1 to 1.5 inches is possible. Water is already rising in
    Albertville and Boaz, Alabama, causing flood waters to get close to residences and is starting to cover roadways.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
    Albertville, Fort Payne, Boaz, Guntersville, Rainsville, Little
