…THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHERN BULLOCK COUNTY IS CANCELLED…
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning has
been cancelled.
A tornado watch remains in effect until 700 PM CST for south central
and southeastern Alabama.

At 111 PM CST, a confirmed tornado was located near Shopton, or 10
miles west of Union Springs, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD…Damaging tornado.
SOURCE…Radar confirmed tornado.
IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
Locations impacted include…
Union Springs, Franklin Field, Shopton, Sedgefield and Simsville.
