RADAR CHECK: Currently across North/Central Alabama, multiple showers and thunderstorms have developed just within the last hour. Just about every county north of a line from Marion County to Shelby County to Randolph County has active shower or thunderstorm activity.

The stronger storm activity currently is affecting Winston and Cullman Counties, and another stronger storm is affecting Etowah and Dekalb Counties. There are currently no watches or warnings in affect for anyone in Alabama. All of the activity is pushing off to the east-northeast.

For people south of a line from Tuscaloosa to Clanton to Alexander City, conditions are pretty quiet at this moment. A few small showers have developed in Hale and Perry Counties, but these are small in nature.
