Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
NWS Huntsville cancels the Tornado Watch for Franklin, Lawrence, and Limestone counties in North Alabama, while continuing the watch until midnight tonight for Cullman, Jackson, Madison, and Morgan counties.
As of 11:10 pm, there are no active tornado or severe thunderstorm warnings for any county in North/Central Alabama.

NWS Birmingham has removed Pickens and Tuscaloosa counties from the TORNADO WATCH and continues Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker, and Winston counties in Central Alabama until midnight tonight.
At 949 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Trinity, or near Decatur, moving northeast at 50 mph.
At 925 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southeast of Red Bay, moving east at 55 mph.
At 917 PM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Courtland to 9 miles south of Town Creek, moving east at 55 mph.
NWS Birmingham cancels the TORNADO WATCH for Greene and Sumter counties, but continues the watch until midnight for Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Pickens, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Winston counties in Central Alabama.
At 853 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
At 852 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Littleville, or 7 miles northeast of Russellville, moving east at 30 mph.
There is not much going on if you are along and south of the I-59 and I-20/59 corridors, as all of the action has remained to the north of those interstates.
At 820 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Hazel Green, or near Meridianville, moving east at 30 mph.
At 754 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Harvest, moving east at 50 mph.
