More Counties Removed From The Tornado Watch
NWS Birmingham has canceled the TORNADO WATCH for Autauga, Coosa, Elmore, Lowndes, Montgomery, Randolph, and Tallapoosa counties as the threat for severe storms have come to an end at this point.

NWS Birmingham has canceled the TORNADO WATCH for Bibb, Chilton, Clay, Dallas, Hale, Marengo, Perry counties as the threat for severe storms have come to an end at this time.
A cluster of storms may continue to pose a tornado or damaging wind threat over the next several hours from central Alabama into west-central Georgia.
As of 7:15 am, we continue to have stronger to severe thunderstorms moving eastward across the southern portions of Central Alabama this morning.
The Storm Prediction Center has upgraded the Marginal Risk for the southern and southeastern parts of the area to a Slight Risk through the rest of the morning hours.
Watch continues for Autauga, Bibb, Bullock, Chambers, Chilton, Clay, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Hale, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Randolph, Russell, Tallapoosa until 11:00 am.
At 643 AM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 9 miles east of Heiberger to near Marion Junction,
moving southeast at 40 mph.
…AT 631 AM CST, A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER TALLADEGA NATIONAL FOREST, OR 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CENTREVILLE, MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

At 533 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Walden Quarters, or 7 miles south of Eutaw, moving east at 45 mph.
A couple of tornadoes are possible, as well as isolated large hail and a few wind gusts to 70 mph.
