Showers And Thunderstorms Moving Into Northwest Alabama
Showers and storms moving into NW Alabama
Start off your Thanksgiving Week with the Brainy Crew!
MILD NOVEMBER AFTERNOON: Temperatures are in the 70s across most of Alabama this afternoon with a partly sunny sky. Tonight clouds will thicken ahead of an approaching cold front. The front will bring showers to Alabama tonight and very early tomorrow morning…there might be a rumble of thunder but there is no risk of severe storms.
WARMEST DAY OF THE WEEK: We project a high in the 70-75 degree range across Alabama today; it will be the warmest day of the week by far. Expect a partly sunny sky, but clouds will increase late in the day ahead of an approaching cold front.
We will have two chances for rain this week, including the chance for storms on Thanksgiving.
While the sunshine is helping to warm you up some while you are standing out in its rays, it is still rather cool as we approach the midday hour.
COOL, BREEZY AFTERNOON: Temperatures are in the 50s across most of Alabama this afternoon with a sunny sky and gusty northwest wind.
